This stunning and sophisticated 8-9 mm necklace is composed of black freshwater pearls, an affordable alternative to expensive Tahitian pearls. It is made from hand-selected, color treated and certified AAA pearls. AAA pearls exhibit excellent luster, are round or near round to the eye and considered virtually flawless (at least 95% defect free).
Each pearl is individually hand-knotted with silk thread. The strand is finished with a sterling silver or yellow gold clasp.
